Renting motorbikes in Nong Khai is as cheap as it gets, and costs around 200 – 250 THB a day. I just want to mention one man (Nui) and his show that I have rented from and is really good, and been in business for over 20 years.
Open: Daily – 08.30 am – 4.00 pm (call outside of hours)

I’m sure there might be others apart from Nui’s, but I have not had any need to use them as yet. I also have a number from Jing Joe restaurant (closed down unfortunately) that was also recommended to me that’s an expat offering rentals.
Nui Motorbike & Bicycle Hire
I first rented a motorbike scooter from Nui when I stayed at Amanta hotel and they called a rental service for me. They was really great as they didn’t add any extra on the charge (200 THB for 24 hrs rental).
Within half an hour Nui brought the motorbike to me. He delivers and collects them which is really convenient.
The motorcycles I rented was fine. A little scratched – which is how I like them, but run fine. No need to be super careful and worry about paying for scratches made when returning the motorbike because they’re not so perfect anyway.
I think the cost for a week might be a 1000 THB, but you’ll need to check with Nui. One day (i.e., 24 hrs) is 200 THB at the moment, and the 24 hrs begins when you get the scooter.
Nui is really helpful and been running the rental service on the street opposite Mut Mee Guesthouse for 20 years. He has a few interesting stories to tell if you get time to chat with him.
Nui also rents bicycles that are 65 THB a day.
Other Contact
There is another motorbike rental contact that was mentioned to me in Jing Joe restaurant, and a number on the wall inside there to call (see photo).
I can’t state what the service is like though because I haven’t used them.
