Minivans from Hua Hin to Bangkok – Times, Booking and Picking Up Points

Minivans are available from two main pick-up points in Hua Hin, which can be booked online. Bluport shopping mall and Hua Hin Market Village are the two main pick-up points along the Petchkasem Rd.
The three main drop-off points is Ekkamai Bus Terminal, MoChit Van Terminal and Makkasan Station (Airport Rail Link).
Hua Hin Bluport to Ekkamai
This service that arrives at Ekkamai Bus Terminal is convenient for most people because of the arrival location being next to Ekkamai BTS (Skytrain) station on the Sukhumvit Rd. This is the most central arrival place of all the minivan options.

Bluport – The pick-up point at Bluport is conveniently located on the Petchkasem Rd –about 3km from Hua Hin Clock Tower. You may take a Songthaew, taxi or motorbike taxi — See Getting around Hua Hin.
This is a minibus service rather than minivan and larger than a van. The minbus will stop off at various locations and the arrival times may vary.
Hua Hin Market Village to MoChit
This service arrives at MoChit Minivan Station (under a bridge) near Bangkok Northern Bus Terminal and is not in good walking distance to MoChit BTS (Skytain) or Chatchucak MRT (Underground). You’ll need to take a local bus, taxi or motorbike taxi to get to the BTS, MRT or your next destination.

An additional minivan daily service is run by 12go and arrives near Phetchaburi MRT (Underground) Station and Makkasan Airport Rail Link. This is by far the best service from Hua Hin with trusted drivers.

Other options without booking online may be available to get from Hua Hin to Bangkok by minivan and I have used them in the past. However, after the closing of the Soi 51 Minivan Station I am not sure how you arrange the pick-up.
Some hotels may also arrange the booking –enabling you to be picked up from the hotel.
Rush Hour
When booking a minivan consider the time of arrival in Bangkok. Arriving later than 5pm will likely land you in traffic.
Other Transport Options
The most convenient but most expensive option is a taxi from Hua Hin which will cost around 2200+. Buses (coaches) are also another option or taking a train from Hua Hin Railway Station.
